Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your ride start time or lunch time for the safety orientation
- Ages 9+ for standard rides; ages 6–8 may join only on the Youth Family Ride with an adult
- Riders under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Private rides require a minimum of 2 riders
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- No medical conditions that could impair riding ability
- Wear full-length pants and closed-toe shoes
- Sign a waiver before arrival; a parent must sign for riders under 18
- Leave backpacks, large cameras, and binoculars behind while riding
- Expect river crossings only when the wrangler determines conditions are safe
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Horseback riding is a physical outdoor activity. It requires getting on and off your horse and remaining balanced in the saddle.
For 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM rides, lunch is served after your ride. For 2:30 PM rides, lunch is served before your ride.
Bring a reusable water bottle. Bottled water is not provided.
