Itinerary
A three hour adventure with one hour of actual flight time over the beautiful St. Croix River Valley. We launch from our Lakeland, MN balloon port just 3 blocks off the river (at sunrise and two hours before sunset). The flight offers a champagne celebration upon landing where each passenger receives an engraved, keepsake champagne flute

- Flights depend heavily on weather: wind or bad weather prevents more than 75% of planned rides from taking off
Cancellation Policy
All flights, certificates and bookings are nonrefundable and fully transferable. If your flight is canceled due to weather, reschedule; no refund is offered. Certificates never expire, but any price increase applies if you haven't attempted to use yours within the past year. No-shows incur a $100 per-person charge.

No. You cannot take the balloon flight if you are pregnant.
You'll receive an email confirming or canceling your flight at least two hours before takeoff. The reminder sent 24 hours beforehand does not confirm that weather conditions allow flying.
The landing location depends on the wind. After the chase crew packs up the balloon, you'll return to the takeoff location by shuttle.
