Cancel 96+ hours ahead for a full refund; 48–95 hours ahead for a full-value gift card valid 1 year. Under 48 hours, no-shows, late arrivals and missed departures: no refund or rescheduling. If severe, unsafe weather forces a return to the dock within the first 60 minutes of your 2-hour rental, you'll receive a 50% gift card, not cash. No credit for trips shortened after 60 minutes.
