Non-holidays: full refund with 24+ hours' notice. Holidays: full refund by 5pm 5 days before; later cancellations get 2-year credit from departure. Same-day cancellations get 2-year credit from issue, no refund. Weather cancellations (captain's decision only) and unforeseen circumstances: full refund. No-shows: no refund; an extra 20% of the paid total is charged for captain/crew gratuity.
