Important details
- Requires getting on and off the boat.
- If an infant stays on the boat, an adult must remain aboard with them.
- Dogs are welcome and must wear a life vest.
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price.
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a life vest whenever the boat is moving.
- Do not bring foam coolers. They are prohibited aboard and in coastal and river areas; a $250 fine applies.
- Sign a waiver for each person in your party.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Late arrival reduces your allotted tour time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the experience starts for a full refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels because extreme weather poses a safety risk, you'll receive a full refund.

There is no parking at the shop. A small free public lot is about a 5-minute walk away and fills quickly, especially on weekends. Paid parking options cost $5 and are not included in the listed price. Allow extra time to park; avoid yellow lines and blocked entrances if parking on the street.
