Important details

• Parent or guardian supervision is required for everyone under 18. All children under 18 count toward attendance, whether or not they participate.
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for check-in. You'll sign a payment-responsibility statement on arrival; each person whose credit card is used on the invoice also needs to present government-issued ID and sign in person.
• Signed liability waivers are required for all minors under 18, including infants, even if they do not participate. Check in at the front desk on arrival to sign the waivers.
• Fees not included in the listed price apply on site: $30 for every 15 minutes past the scheduled end time and $25 for violating the prohibited-party-item rules.
• Smash cakes are allowed if you handle their cleanup yourself; otherwise, a $25 cleanup fee applies on site and is not included in the listed price.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure the children you supervise follow them.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint or bubbles. Leave the facility's tablecloths in place; place any additional tablecloths over them. Use only painter's tape for wall decorations and pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the facility.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start. Early setup is unavailable, so any setup uses your party time. Late arrival may shorten your party, and you must finish at the scheduled end time.
