- Children under 16 must attend with an adult who has a reservation
- You'll handle exotic animals; animal encounters carry a risk of injury
- Only reserved participants may enter. Unannounced additional participants may be charged on arrival, and groups exceeding their reservation may forfeit the tour
- Wait in or near your car upon arrival
- Arrive at your booked time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late forfeit the encounter
Cancellation Policy
Tours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. If rain, storms, or other events prevent the tour, you'll have an opportunity to reschedule.
