Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations less than 14 days and up to 48 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance. If severe wind, lightning, or persistent heavy rain prevents the tour, it will be rescheduled if possible; otherwise, a full refund is provided.

The boat accommodates up to 12 guests. For maximum comfort, no more than 10 adults is recommended.
Bring your own food and beverages if you wish; a large cooler is provided. Wear layers, and consider a hat, sunglasses, and a light rain jacket when rain is forecast. It can feel 10–15 degrees cooler on the lake than ashore.
The private lake charter operates rain or shine. Your captain may delay or cancel for severe wind, lightning, or persistent heavy rain.
