Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Cancel 7+ days ahead to reschedule within one calendar year of your original trip; under 7 days, no credit or rescheduling. No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late forfeit payment. If the operator cancels for unsafe conditions or mechanical issues, you may reschedule within that same one-year window. Trips run in ordinary rain or clouds.
