- At least 72 hours must have passed since your last scuba dive to participate.
- The summit is approximately 9,740 feet above sea level. This tour is not recommended during pregnancy or with heart or respiratory conditions aggravated by altitude, significant back problems, or severe motion sickness.
- Meals, snacks, beverages other than the included water, personal purchases, and gratuities are not included in the listed price.
- Pickup from private residences and bed-and-breakfast properties is not permitted.
- Do not bring tables, chairs, coolers, or other picnic equipment. Restricted areas, public picnic-area setups, and unauthorized stops are not permitted.
- Follow the driver’s safety instructions and do not distract the driver while the vehicle is moving. Threatening, disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in refused departure or an early end to the tour.
- Tell the driver immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath, a severe headache, or other concerning symptoms.
- Requested stops and changes to pacing depend on availability, parking, road conditions, park access, and reaching the summit before sunset.
- Be ready in the property lobby or designated pickup area at the scheduled time. Delays at pickup, restaurants, or stores may reduce your time at the summit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Submit refund requests within 30 days of your tour date. No refunds or partial refunds apply to cancellations due to weather or other uncontrollable disruptions. Tours may proceed in clouds; obscured sunset views alone do not qualify for a refund.
