Important details
- For children ages 1–12.
- A main-floor accessible party room is available, but room requests are not guaranteed.
- Outside food incurs a $50 fee, not included in the listed price and charged on the day of your party. Cake, cupcakes and beverages are exempt. The fee may be waived with a catering order of at least $50.
- Using tacks, nails or staples to hang decorations may incur a damage fee of up to $50, not included in the listed price.
- Staying in the party room beyond your reservation incurs a $25 charge for every 10 minutes, not included in the listed price.
- Adult supervision is required for minors at all times. The party does not include a host once you move into the party room.
- Sign a waiver to enter the facility; this requirement applies to everyone, regardless of age.
- Wear socks in the play arena; this applies to both children and adults.
- Do not use tacks, nails or staples for decorations.
- Once you enter the party room, re-entry to the play arena requires an All Day Play Pass.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 10 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full deposit refund; afterward, the deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations within 21 days incur a $50 fee; within 7 days, you're responsible for 100% of the package cost. Rescheduling within 21 days incurs a $50 fee. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show charges and fees are nonrefundable.

The main-floor accessible room accommodates about 18 people total, including children and adults. Room requests are not guaranteed.
Arrive 15–20 minutes before your 9am Rise & Shine party to check in and start setting up. The front door opens at 8:40am.
The optional pass costs $65 for your party and is not included in the listed price. You can purchase it during your party for re-entry to the play arena once it opens to the public at 10am.
