Timing is based on calendar-day midnight before the trip, not departure time. Full refund with more than 72 hours’ notice. Half refund with 48–72 hours’ notice. No refund with less than 48 hours’ notice. Changes within 72 hours may incur an upcharge. Full refund if the captain cancels due to rough seas; no refund for aggressive behavior, severe intoxication, or illegal activity.
