    Review summary

With over 300 acres of scenic trails and a team that's been perfecting their craft for 50 years, this operation consistently delivers memorable rides for everyone from first-timers to experienced riders. The staff earns particular praise for their professionalism and flexibility—they've accommodated last-minute bookings, worked around accidents that made guests late, and generally go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time. Guides like Ann and Tracy get called out by name for their patience and knowledge. The horses are clearly well-cared-for and properly matched to riders of all sizes, including draft horses for larger guests. Families especially appreciate how welcoming the atmosphere is, with staff taking time to educate kids about riding while keeping things fun and engaging. The facilities are spotless, and it shows in the details. One parent noted the pony rides are perfectly timed for young children's attention spans, which speaks to their understanding of different guest needs. Multiple visitors mention returning year after year, which tells you everything about the quality and consistency you can expect.
