- If you bring alcohol, hard liquor is not allowed. The limit is 3 cans of beer per person or an equivalent quantity of alcohol. Do not bring glass containers.
- Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior affecting safety or comfort may result in removal from the trip at the captain's discretion.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in.

You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure, or a 50% refund if you cancel within 48 hours, except for same-day cancellations. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
