- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 maximum out of pocket per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is required by credit or debit card on the day of your reservation
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
