If Wyoming Stargazing cancels due to weather, there is no charge (except a 6% nonrefundable online booking fee if you booked yourself online). Cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time and you will be charged the full amount. Cancel or rebook after booking and pay a 5% administration fee.

FAQs
You’ll get a confirmed pickup time on the day of your program. Pickup typically falls between 7:00pm and 9:30pm depending on the season and your pickup location.
Dress for cold nighttime temperatures. In summer, temperatures can drop below 40°F, so wear long pants, a warm jacket, closed-toe shoes with thick socks, and a hat. In winter, dress like you’re going skiing on a very cold day.
Bring your own gear if you can. Your guide brings equipment and can supply an extra tripod if needed. If you bring a DSLR camera, make sure it can take long exposures (25 seconds or longer).
