Total weight per seat cannot exceed 285 lbs. Children ages 6+ are recommended and should weigh at least 30 lbs. Minimum 2 passengers and maximum 4 per booking; larger groups fly in two helicopters.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel less than 24 hours before flight or no-show 30 minutes prior: billed full price. If you cancel with less than 24 hours and rebook: $100 service charge. Late check-in and reschedule: $100. If you arrive over weight limits and can’t fly, you pay the flight cost.
