Not wheelchair compatible. Pickup and drop-off are complimentary at properties in the Waikiki area; locations outside Waikiki cost extra, and changing drop-off location may add a small fee. Gratuity is not included.

Full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
