Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund; under 48 hours, 50%. Refunds deduct non-refundable third-party costs and 3–5% processing fees. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for vehicle issues, driver illness, severe weather, or other force majeure, choose a full tour-price refund or credit for another date, subject to availability.
