- Arrive 15 minutes early for registration, rental pickup, and the safety briefing
- Wear closed-toe shoes and layers for padding

- Present a valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the activity at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes up to 48 hours before your event. No-shows lose the entire reservation. Weather is not grounds for a refund; sessions run rain or shine, and you may move your reservation date.
