- Serious behavior violations can end the tour immediately and incur a $400 fee. Public urination incurs a $500 fee per occurrence. These charges are billed to your credit card and are not included in the listed price.
- Damage to the bike or private property, including bars visited, is charged to your credit card and is not included in the listed price.
- Drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication, offensive or rude behavior toward staff, public urination, and littering are prohibited.
- Do not jump off the bike while it is moving or get on or off with drinks.
- Leave within 10 minutes after the tour ends. Staying longer incurs a $150 fee charged to your credit card, not included in the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before the tour for a 50% refund or a rain check valid for three months. Cancel 15–29 days before for a rain check valid for three months. Cancellations 14 days or less before the tour receive no refund or rain check.
