- Do not bring confetti, birdseed or candles, or attach decorations to walls or surfaces with nails, glue or tape
- Wait until the captain's safety orientation is complete before moving freely around the boat
- Remove all belongings and decorations immediately after the event
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrival reduces your cruise time, with no extra time added

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, your deposit is nonrefundable. Deposit transfers require written cancellation at least 90 days before the event and resale of the original date. If the operator cancels, postpones or relocates your event due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances, you'll be offered a full refund of deposits paid or credit toward a future event.
