- A $250 cleaning fee applies if you vomit or get sick on the bus. You are responsible for any damage to the bus; these charges are not included in the listed price.
- Do not smoke on the bus. Smoking can result in a $250 fine, not included in the listed price, or immediate termination of the trip. Fighting can also end the trip.
- The 18-, 20-, and 24-passenger buses must be back in Austin by 6:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. If you cancel less than seven days before your trip, the remaining balance is still due. No cancellations or refunds for rain. If inclement weather prevents tubing, you can use the bus for your booked hours for a pub crawl, wine or brewery tour, or another destination.
