Important details
- Van entry requires climbing steps; there is no wheelchair ramp
- Children under 4 require an appropriate child safety seat. Children ages 4 through 9 generally require a child safety seat or booster unless they meet the height exemption
- For Ford Island attractions, bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If you are a foreign visitor, bring your passport
- Most personal bags and luggage are prohibited inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center
- Wear your seatbelt while the vehicle is moving. Smoking, vaping, and open alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the vehicle
- For pickup at the property, be ready in the lobby or designated pickup area 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
- Allow enough time for airline check-in and security or your ship’s all-aboard deadline. Traffic and transportation delays can affect your return time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund minus non-refundable third-party costs and 3%–5% processing fees. Less than 48 hours: 50% refund, minus those deductions. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels, including for severe weather, choose a 100% refund of the tour price or credit for another date, subject to availability.
