Itinerary
1. Waikīkī Hotel Pickup Your private group will be picked up from your Waikīkī hotel in our Mercedes Sprinter and begin the experience with your professional driver/host.
2. Pearl Harbor Visitor Center Spend dedicated time exploring the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, memorial areas, exhibits, and available programs independently. USS Arizona Memorial reservation assistance is available when possible, but access and program times cannot be guaranteed.
If timing allows, guests may choose to visit the separately ticketed USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park. Separately ticketed Ford Island attractions, including the Battleship Missouri Memorial and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, generally require additional time and are not part of the standard 4-hour itinerary.
3. Honolulu Highlights When traffic and timing allow, your experience may include select Honolulu highlights such as ʻIolani Palace, the King Kamehameha I Statue, Hawaiʻi State Capitol, and a respectful drive through Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. These highlights may take place before or after your Pearl Harbor visit.
4. Return to Waikīkī Your driver/host will meet your group at the coordinated pickup time and provide private transportation back to your Waikīkī hotel.
Itinerary order and additional Honolulu highlights may vary based on traffic, Pearl Harbor operations, and the day’s schedule.

- Van entry requires climbing steps; there is no wheelchair ramp.
- Children require an appropriate child safety seat or booster seat when required by Hawaiʻi’s age and size rules.
- Bags and luggage are not permitted inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Leave them at the property.
- Wear your seatbelt while the vehicle is moving. Smoking, vaping, and open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the vehicle.
- Be ready in the property’s lobby or designated pickup area 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Return to the designated Pearl Harbor pickup location at the agreed time. A late return may reduce the remaining itinerary and delay your return to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund minus non-refundable third-party costs and a 3–5% processing deduction. Less than 48 hours before start, receive a 50% refund minus those deductions. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels, including for severe weather, choose a 100% tour-price refund or credit to rebook, subject to availability.

Leave bags and luggage at your hotel, or use the paid bag storage available nearby. Storage is not included in the listed price; bags cannot enter the Visitor Center.
