- If you bring a bag, on-site storage costs $7 per bag or $10 for oversized items, payable separately and not included in the listed price
- Dress respectfully; swimsuits are not permitted. Wear a shirt and shoes for entry to the USS Arizona Memorial
- Limit your belongings to one tote bag or backpack for the tour. Bags, including purses and cases, are not allowed inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Small wallets no larger than a cell phone are permitted
- Be ready at your scheduled pickup time; late arrivals may miss the tour

Groups of 6+ require 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable.
