Cancel more than 11 days before start for a full refund. Cancel 7 days before start for a 50% refund. No refund less than 7 days before start. This is a rain-or-shine event. Receive a full refund if the captain cancels for unsafe weather; if the trip has started, receive a refund for unused time.

Yes. You must tip your captain at least 18%. If you forget or refuse to tip, an automatic 20% charge is applied to the original card used for payment.
