Cancellation Policy
Southeast climbs: cancel at least 4 weeks ahead for a full refund or rescheduling. Within 4 weeks, rescheduling may be possible; refunds are discretionary if you stated at booking that dates could not change. No-shows without notice receive no refund. Single Pitch Instructor courses and exams generally have no refunds after payment. Beyond the Southeastern USA: full refund with 2 months' notice.
