Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a sweater, jacket, or windbreaker for cooler conditions on the water
- Expect your allocated yacht to change without notice
- Use a credit card for purchases at the onboard full bar
- Crew gratuity is not included; customary gratuity is 15–20% of the trip price and can be settled by cash or credit card after the trip
- The captain makes the final decision on whether conditions allow sailing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before departure for a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. No refund within 7 days or for no-shows. If the captain cancels due to inclement weather and rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a full refund. Rescheduled trips aren't eligible for cancellation.
FAQs
Use the public restrooms at the dock before departure when available during extended business hours. A restroom is also available aboard the yacht.
