Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund or credit. Cancellations 24–72 hours before the tour incur a $200 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
