Important details
- Ages 5+ only
- Requires physical and mental fitness to participate safely. Your guide has final authority to limit or stop participation based on health, fitness, mobility, or behavior.
- Pregnancy or medical conditions that affect participation may require medical clearance.
- Participation is not allowed if you have contagious-illness symptoms, have been advised to isolate or quarantine, or have had close contact with someone known to have COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
- Clothing is required during the sauna and plunge. Wear a swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, and bring suitable winter clothing for the outdoor environment. Inadequate clothing may prevent participation.
- A liability waiver is required for participation.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the experience. Participation under the influence of impairing substances is not allowed.
- Follow your guide’s safety instructions and any health protocols in effect. Cold-water immersion carries risks, including cold shock and hypothermia.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 6 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel before 5 PM the day before for a refund minus credit card processing fees. Cancellations after that cutoff and no-shows receive no refund. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice counts as a no-show. If weather prevents the trip from proceeding safely, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
