Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded and may only be rescheduled. Private tours rescheduled within 1 hour are subject to a $100 rebooking fee. If the operator cancels due to weather and no suitable tour time is available, a credit or refund is issued.
