Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Outside 72 hours, one reschedule is permitted. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Active hurricane or tropical storm warnings and national disasters qualify for a reschedule.
