If no sharks are seen, you'll receive a full refund. If the crew cancels due to weather or other circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedule requests for personal reasons within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

Yes. An optional photo package costs $300 for your entire group and is not included in the private charter price. Specific shots and results aren't guaranteed; ocean conditions and shark behavior vary.
Use the Harbourside parking garage, a short walk from the meeting point. Street parking may also be available, depending on events and availability.
Wear dark, non-reflective clothing for your shark snorkeling trip, ideally a black long-sleeve top, long black bottoms and gloves. Bring your own regularly used snorkeling gear or properly fitting wetsuit if you prefer; otherwise, essential gear is provided.
