Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Private charters can be rescheduled with 14 days’ notice. Cancellations less than 14 days before departure incur a 75% fee; less than 7 days incur a 100% fee. No refunds for no-shows, seasickness, late arrivals, or partial dives. If the captain cancels and you cannot reschedule due to flight schedules, a full refund is issued with documentation.

You must be able to swim, climb a ladder, support your own weight, and handle cardiovascular activity in the open ocean. Conditions such as heart conditions, vertigo, pregnancy, epilepsy, or morbid obesity may prevent participation. Tell the crew about any medical concerns before entering the water.

Bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any special items the crew cannot provide.
