- No medical conditions that could limit open-ocean activity, including heart conditions, vertigo, pregnancy, epilepsy, or severe obesity
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of reservation for a full refund. For private charters, reschedule with 14 days' notice. Cancellations less than 14 days before departure are charged 75%; less than 7 days are charged 100%. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, seasickness, or airline cancellations. If the captain cancels due to weather or mechanical breakdown, rescheduling or referral is offered; a full refund is available if you cannot reschedule due to flight schedules with proper documentation.

Conditions such as heart conditions, vertigo, pregnancy, epilepsy, or morbid obesity may prevent participation. Tell the crew about any medical concerns before entering the water.
Wear a black full exposure suit, hood, and gloves. Use dark blue or black fins; white or bright-colored fins are not allowed.
Bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any special items the crew cannot provide.
