Cancellation Policy
Arrive on time; 15+ min delay may be treated as no-show and cancelled without refund if not communicated. Full refund if the charter does not depart due to weather cancellation by the captain/management. Cancel 48+ hrs before for 6 or fewer (non-holiday) for full refund; 72+ hrs for holidays/large groups; 7 days for party barge.
FAQs
Bring your own food and drinks (including extra water) if you want them, plus towels, sunglasses, hats, and phone power cells/cables. Leave large coolers and ice behind (cooler and ice are provided). Avoid red or orange foods/drinks that can stain, limit glass when possible, and bring non-glitter, non-bronzing suntan lotion (cream, not spray; reef-safe preferred).
