Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days but at least 72 hours ahead are refunded minus $100. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged the full trip price with no refund. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
