Important details
- Life vests are required at all times for children ages 6 and under.
- Complete the required waivers before departure.
- The captain chooses snorkeling sites based on conditions; specific sites are not guaranteed. On windy or low-visibility days, snorkeling takes place in Florida Bay.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for waivers and gear fitting. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice are treated as no-shows. A delayed private departure still returns at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. No date changes within 48 hours. Tours run rain or shine. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, sea or boat conditions, you won't be charged; rescheduling or a refund will be attempted. No refunds for seasickness or choosing not to go because of the snorkel location.
