Cancellation Policy
Private tours canceled or changed within 72 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. Cancellations or changes made outside 72 hours incur a 10% cancellation fee.

FAQs
This tour requires a minimum of four snowmobiles to operate. If your group has fewer than four, the tour may be moved to a different day or tour, or canceled without penalty.
Wear loose, warm layers under your snowmobile gear, plus warm socks and waterproof gloves. Bring sunglasses, lip balm, sunscreen, hand and foot warmers, and a camera. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes if you plan to soak in the hot springs. Bring a valid driver's license if you will drive.
Every rider must sign a waiver before arrival and complete an acknowledgment of risk form before snowmobiling. Both the driver and passenger on a tandem sled must sign.
