- The catch-sharing policy is non-negotiable. If fish are caught, your charter's take-home allowance is 40 lbs for a full day, 30 lbs for a three-quarter day, or 25 lbs for a half day, measured as whole-fish weight. The remaining catch goes to auction
- Fish larger than 50 lbs will not be cut. Your share is allocated from smaller fish

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 3 days before your scheduled trip are charged the full charter amount. A catch is not guaranteed, and no refunds are given for lost fish or slow fishing days.

Your private fishing charter accommodates up to 5 people.
You’ll receive your exact departure time the day before your charter. Morning trips depart about 15 minutes before sunrise, typically around 6am in winter or 5:15am in summer. Afternoon departures are after noon.
Whole fish yield about half their weight after cutting. The crew can cut your share at the dock at the end of the trip.
