- Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver and accompany them at check-in
- A $600 credit-card pre-authorization is held until the e-bike is returned safely
- Expect a $75 fee for each 30 minutes of arrival after 30 minutes past the start time
- Expect guide gratuity to be paid directly to your guide; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If you change your reservation date, the changed reservation is non-refundable.
