Cancel at least 7 days in advance during business hours (8am–7pm MST) for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. Inaccurate weights may result in on-site cancellation without a refund.
