- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure; check-in closes once the safety briefing begins
- Driver requirement: ages 16+ with a valid driver's license
- Riders under 18 must wear a DOT-approved helmet, supplied for the tour
- Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian at check-in
- The credit card holder must be present at check-in with the matching card and valid government-issued photo ID
- A Bureau of Land Management access fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Tours operate rain or shine
Cancellation Policy
For private TomCar Adventures, cancel more than 7 days before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable. Rescheduling within 48 hours costs $50 per person.
