- An independent captain meeting the vessel owner's and U.S. Coast Guard requirements is required. Captain service is not included in the listed price; you'll pay the captain $300 directly upon arrival. Cash is accepted. Gratuity is not included.
- A $150 refundable equipment security deposit is required in cash on the day of your trip and is separate from the listed price. It covers damage to or loss of provided equipment and is fully refunded when all equipment is returned in good condition.
- A separate fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price.
- Sign the charter agreement at the start of your trip. As the charterer, you assume responsibility for the vessel and its operation under federal and state maritime law.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 7 days before your charter for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before forfeit all payments. If your trip is canceled on the day of your charter due to weather, you'll receive a full refund. The captain decides whether to cancel for weather.
