Destiny Water Adventures has built a stellar reputation with customers consistently praising their streamlined operations and genuinely helpful staff. The check-in and drop-off process gets called out repeatedly as smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions that make even first-timers feel confident. Multiple reviewers highlight how friendly and knowledgeable the crew is, and there's a nice touch that Spanish-speaking staff are available to ensure everyone understands the safety briefing. The pontoon boats are the popular choice here, with families regularly heading to Crab Island and having great experiences. Equipment quality consistently gets high marks, whether it's the boats themselves or add-ons like paddleboards and lily pads. A standout feature is their pet-friendly policy, which means a lot to travelers who want to include their furry family members in the adventure. One reviewer noted it gets chilly during longer summer rentals on the water, so pack accordingly. Overall, this is a reliable operator where you can expect good service, well-maintained equipment, and a hassle-free experience on the water.
We had our first outing with our newly adopted dog on Destiny’s pontoon boat and the staff was so accommodating. They were patient with us as we needed more time to keep her calm and relaxed into and back out on the dock. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we appreciated the military discount as well! We can’t wait to rent again.
