Cancellation Policy
Non-holidays: full refund up to 24 hours before departure. Holidays: full refund by 5pm 5 days before; later cancellations receive 2-year credit. Same-day cancellations receive 2-year credit, no refund. Only the captain can cancel for weather. Weather or unforeseen-circumstance cancellations receive a full refund. No-shows: no refund and an extra 20% of the paid total for captain/crew gratuity.
