Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refund for cancellations or unavailable rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice. Reschedule within 24 hours outside the cancellation window for a $40 per-person fee. Full refund or free rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
