Cancellation Policy
Payment in full at booking, including a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Wildlife programs run rain or shine. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, there is no refund. No refunds for a 6% nonrefundable online booking fee. Rebooking at your request has a 5% administration fee.
