Important details
- Ages 3+ only
- Requires the ability to swim to the side of a pool from the deep end
- If you're under 18, an adult must remain present on land throughout your lesson
- Bring valid ID for Local, North Shore/East Side Tour, Airline Employee, or Military, Police, Government Employee tickets
- Sign the waiver before your lesson
- Mount any GoPro on your surfboard during the lesson
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your lesson, changed and ready to enter the water
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 48 hours' notice for a full refund or credit, or with 24 hours' notice for a half refund or credit. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Lessons run rain or shine. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Allow about 15 minutes for parking. For hourly paid parking, use street parking on Saratoga or the Waikiki Post Office pay lot on Saratoga. For all-day parking, use self-parking at Embassy Suites on Beachwalk. Parking charges are not included in the listed price.
No nearby restrooms are available once your surf lesson begins. Use the Hawaii Army Museum restrooms or those inside the Outrigger Reef Hotel, past the front desk on the right, beforehand. Allow about 10 minutes for a restroom trip from the roundabout.
Bring water, a towel, and a change of clothes. You can also bring your own long-sleeved rashguard or neoprene if you prefer.
