Cancel at least 7 days before departure for a full refund, or 72 hours to less than 7 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for weather, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
